Sweet Chili Chicken Burgers {Prep Ahead, Freezer Friendly}
A perfect twist on boring ‘ol chicken burgers, these chicken burgers are kicked up a notch with the taste of sweet chili and a little jalapeno. An easy recipe to stock up your freezer for those summer grilling nights!
It is finally spring here in Alberta and so my meal prep automatically turns into fridge/freezer to grill type prep and these Sweet Chili Chicken Burgers are prep ahead and freezer friendly!
This is a great recipe to prep in larger amounts and freeze. I like to flash freeze them on parchment or wax paper on a cookie sheet and then transfer to a freezer friendly container.
This is a great option to have in the freezer for nights when you just don’t want to do any dinner prep.
In typical form, my husband was highly skeptical diverting from beef, but I was able to convince him these were just as good. He ended up taking down two of these bad boys in about as many minutes, so I call this a win.
This burger mix comes together easy and in one bowl, making prep for this less than 20 minutes flat! You can mix, form, and freeze… or cook ‘em up.
We had these as leftovers and were shocked at how moist they were the next day. My husband’s exact words were “this doesn’t even taste healthy” …. Well dear, you put bacon and cheese on yours…. So…..
No matter what you put on yours, it will be delicious!

I make these with ground turkey instead of chicken a d they are so great! They cook from frozen in the grill, in the oven, or on an air-fryer. I always have a bunch on hand in the freezer. So good!
