Really any fruit you want!
Money saving tip- use the fruit varieties that are in season in your area.
Fruit salad – breakfast AND dessert!
Add this salad to your breakfast bento boxes with hard boiled egg for a great spring and summer breakfast meal prep.
Or, add a nice heap of whipped cream and enjoy this a a sweet dessert!
How to store fruit salad
Store in an air tight container for up to 2 days. The fruits will start to release their juices. The salad will get sweeter as it sits too.
Don’t add the lime juice, mint leaves, or lime zest until right before serving.
I actually prefer this salad on day 2!
