Fruit salad is a summer must have and this recipe is a perfect combination of sweet, tart, and mint!

This recipe can easily be customized to the size you need. You will want to make a BIG salad with this one. It is adult and kid friendly!

Tips for a perfect fruit salad

    • Skip the frozen fruit for a fresh and vibrant fruit salad.
    • Add the lime juice, mint and lime zest at time of serving
    • If you want to add fruits prone to going brown quickly, add them right at time of serving. These are fruits like apples, pears, and bananas.

Get creative with your bright salad ingredients!

You certainly don't have to use all the same fruits I use. You can easily add things like honeydew, kiwi, banana, mango, peaches, cherries, and nectarines!

    Really any fruit you want!

Money saving tip- use the fruit varieties that are in season in your area.

    How to store fruit salad

Store in an air tight container for up to 2 days. The fruits will start to release their juices. The salad will get sweeter as it sits too.

Don't add the lime juice, mint leaves, or lime zest until right before serving.

I actually prefer this salad on day 2!

    • 1 cup grapes, sliced in half
    • 1 large orange, peeled and in slices

    • 5-6 leaves fresh mint sliced thinly
    • 1 teaspoon sugar optional if you want a sweeter salad
