Ingredients
2 cupssliced carrots
2tbspsesame oil
1 tbspminced ginger
1tbspsoy sauce
1tspminced garlic
1tbspscallions, choppedfor garnish
1tspsesame seedsfor garnish
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except the scallions and sesame seeds.
Pour the contents of the bowl into the air fryer basket.
Set the air fryer to 374F for 7 minutes.
Shake the basket half way through the 7 minutes.
When the time is up, transfer the carrots to a bowl and add the scallions and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
