Air Fryer Garlic Rosemary Rotisserie Chicken
- 3-4 lb whole chicken
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Season chicken with salt and pepper
In a small bowl, mix together the oil, garlic, and rosemary.
Place the chicken breast side down and pour half of the oil mixture on the chicken. Use a BBQ brush to distribute the oil evenly on the side facing up.
Set the air fryer to 350F for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, flip the chicken and pour remaining oil mixture on the chicken and use a BBQ brush to the oil evenly on the side facing up.
Set the air fryer for another 30 minutes, and baste the chicken periodically. This is optional. Check the internal temp to ensure the breast meat is 165F, and the dark meat in the thighs 180F.
Remove from Air Fryer, let rest 10 minutes, slice and enjoy!
