Ingredients

  • 1 - 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha hot sauce add more or less to taste preferences
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (garnish) optional
  • 1 tbsp green onions (garnish) optional

Instructions

Freezer Meal Prep

  • Add the all of the contents (except sesame seeds and green onion) to freezer safe container. I use the Foodsaver system to vacuum seal it.
  • Don't forget to label your meal!

Air Fryer Instructions

  • Thaw your pork tenderloin overnight in the fridge.
  • Place your pork tenderloin into the Air Fryer basket.
  • Set the temperature to 350F and the timer to 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, flip, and set time for another 10 minutes.
  • After the cook time check the internal temperature. 145F for medium rare, and 160F for medium. As written, this recipe is for medium. If you want it medium rare, decrease the time to your desired doneness.

Oven Instructions

  • Thaw your pork tenderloin overnight in the fridge.
  • Preheat the oven to 400F
  • In an oven safe skillet, heat olive oil, and brown each side of the tenderloin.
  • Once browned, place the oven save pan and browned pork into the oven for 20-30 minutes. Check internal temperature for doneness. 145F for medium rare, and 165F for medium.
