Ingredients
1poundlean ground beef
1cupdiced onion
3 clovesgarlic, minced
1cupdiced carrots
1cupdiced celery
1/2cupfrozen peas
2cups diced potatoes approx 10 mini potatoes
2284ml (10oz) cansconsommé or just swap this volume with more beef broth
2.5cupsbeef broth
2tablespoonstomato paste
1tablespoonItalian seasoning
1teaspoonsalt (adjust to own preference)
1/2teaspoonfresh ground pepper
Instructions
Press the sauté button. When hot, add beef, onions, and garlic.
When the beef is no longer pink, drain excess grease if using regular ground beef. Cancel the saute function.
Add all remaining ingredients into the pot.
Secure the lid, set to 5 minutes high pressure.
When the pressure cycle is complete, allow the pot to naturally depressurize for 5 minutes. Then quick release remaining ingredients.
Serve with garlic bread, buttered buns, or crackers!
