3
eggs
3/4
cup
Eggnog
1
tsp
ground cinnamon
1/4
tsp
ground nutmeg
2
tbsp
brown sugar
1
tsp

Instructions
Grease your bowl that you will insert into your pot REALLY WELL and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, eggnog, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and vanilla.
Add the bread chunks to the egg mixture and gently combine.
If possible, let the bread soak in the egg mixture for 20 minutes. If not, just make sure all of the bread is coated with the egg mixture.
Transfer the bread and egg mixture to your greased bowl.
Cover the bowl
tightly
with foil.
Pour the water into the Instant Pot liner.
Put the trivet into the water.
Place the bowl with the egg and bread mixture on the trivet.
Secure the lid on your Instant Pot. Set the pot to sealing.
Set the pot to 20 minutes, high pressure.
When the pressure cycle is done, quick release the pressure.
Remove the bowl and the foil from the bowl carefully (it will be very hot).
Place under a broiler for 3-5 minutes to crisp the top of the bread up just a bit.
Scoop out and add toppings as desired!
