Steakcut into strips (approx 2 pounds), Sirloin works best.

1TBSminced ginger
4minced garlic cloves
1Cupbeef broth
1/4Cupsoy sauce
2TBSbrown sugar
1/4TSPChinese 5 spice
1TBSsesame oil
1/4TSPred pepper flakesadd more to increase spiciness.
2Cupsbroccoli
2Carrotsjulienned
2TBScornstarch mixed with 2 TBS water
Instructions
Whisk sauce together using the onion, ginger, garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, Chinese 5 spice, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes - inside the Instant Pot insert. DO NOT ADD THE CORNSTARCH SLURRY HERE.
Add the sliced steak.
Set pressure cooker for 7 minutes.
Quick release pressure and add in the cornstarch slurry, carrots and broccoli.
Set pressure cooker to saute for one minute so the broccoli cooks.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with rice or noodles.
Notes
Note: this recipe is an 8 minute pressure cook time. This does not include the time to pressure up and depressurize. Either way - its quicker than you can order takeout!
