Ingredients

  • Juice of one lime
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 - 2 cups cantaloupe melon balls or cubed, approximately half a small melon
  • 2/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 3 fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup watermelon cubes

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl!
  • Portion into individual portions.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. This is actually better on day 2 and 3 after the mint and lime sit for a bit!
