Melon Mojito Fruit Cups
Servings 4 individual cups
- Juice of one lime
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 - 2 cups cantaloupe melon balls or cubed, approximately half a small melon
- 2/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 3 fresh strawberries sliced
- 1 cup watermelon cubes
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl!
Portion into individual portions.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. This is actually better on day 2 and 3 after the mint and lime sit for a bit!
