Ingredients
2lbsskinless boneless chicken breast
1/2cupwater or broth of choice
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Pour water or broth into Instant Pot liner.
Add chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Seal the lid and set to 12 minutes pressure time (high pressure).
Quick release the pressure.
Use 2 forks to shred the chicken.
Store cooled chicken in air tight containers for a maximum of 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
