Instant Pot French Toast

Mix Ingredients


In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, eggnog, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and vanilla.

Add Bread


Add the bread chunks to the egg mixture and gently combine. Soak in the egg mixture for 20 minutes.

Add to Instant Pot


Transfer the bread and egg mixture to your greased bowl. Cover the bowl tightly with foil. Pour the water into the Instant Pot liner. Put the trivet into the water

Pressure Cook


Set the pot to 20 minutes, high pressure. When the pressure cycle is done, quick release the pressure.



Scoop out and add toppings as desired!
