Healthy Cheeseburger Breakfast Casserole
What You'll Need:
ground turkey olive oil onion potatoes eggs onion powder garlic powder dry mustard Worcestershire dill pickles cheese salt and pepper
Saute ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks. When the turkey is 90% cooked, add in the diced onion. Saute on medium heat until the onions are translucent. Then remove from heat.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire, dry mustard to the eggs. Whisk to combine. Set aside.
Start your casserole by laying out the diced potato on the bottom of the baking pan.
Add the turkey mixture on top of the potato.
Pour the egg mixture over the turkey mixture
Add shredded cheddar or mozzarella to the casserole.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. You will know it is cooked when the mixture can be lightly tapped and it doesn't jiggle.
This recipe is a very easy way to prep breakfast once, and have a warm hearty breakfast all week.
