Broccoli Cheddar Chicken Fritters
chicken thighs eggs garlic powder almond flour shredded cheddar cheese broccoli florets salt & pepper Olive oil
What You'll Need:
In a large bowl, combine the bite size chicken pieces, garlic powder, eggs, almond flour, shredded cheese, broccoli, salt and pepper.
Using scoop the mixture into a GREASED basket. Make uniform sized fritters in your air fryer. Use the back of a spoon to flatten them.
Using an immersion blender, puree the soup to desired constancy.
Continue Until all Cooked
Repeat these steps until all of your "batter" is used up
These fritters can be made in the Air Fryer or stove top of for a quick, yet low carb meal.
