Bacon Cheeseburger Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

large egg tbsp milk lean ground beef  onion powder all-purpose flour dill pickles salt ground pepper cheese cubes cooked bacon

Combine ground beef, bacon, spices & egg mixture

STEP 1

Roll a meatball, add in a cheese cube and re-shape ball

STEP 2

Roll out 20 meatballs. Place on sheet pan.

STEP 3

Bake 20 - 25 minutes

STEP 4

with rice as a meal prep bowl, or on lettuce cups for a little low-carb meal. Or freeze for later!
