Welcome to the Eat Yo Veggies Challenge!
What is the goal of the challenge?
The goal is simple. Eat Yo Veggies. In the printable guide you received at sign up (and is attached here again) you will see a checklist on page 3. This page gives you some potential ideas for your own goal.
My goal is to have 2 cups of veggies at dinner and lunch for 7 days. But, you pick the goal you want for the challenge week.
What is going to happen in the challenge?
Each day of the 7 day challenge I will send you an email teaching you at least one thing about how to increase your veggie intake. You will also get recipe inspiration delivered to your inbox.
The same topic will be a discussion in the Meal Plan Addict Facebook Community that day too. Make sure to join the community because that is where videos will be posted too. That is also where you have a chance to win prizes!
I will also be doing videos of how I am doing the challenge, over on my Instagram Stories, so make sure you follow along over there too!

Choose your goal.
Post a photo of your veggies each day in the Community or tag me on Instagram!
