How to use the template
Decide on your meals for the week.
I typically have repeated meals for breakfast and lunches to keep things a bit simpler, and have a different dinner each night.
Make a grocery list based on what you have planned.
Use the list on the bottom half of the sheet. It is divided out by areas of the grocery store so you can move through the store efficiently, and not zig zag back all over!
Make a prep plan and pull what you need from your freezer!
What of your weekly meals can be prepped ahead? This doesn't mean cook all of your meals. Can you make a batch of quinoa to make dinner come together quicker? Can you wash and chop up all of your veggies so they are ready go?
Don't forget to pull out your meals/meats from the freezer so you have them thawed for when you need them this week!
Put that meal plan up on the fridge and get ready for a more organized week!
